Once you have signed and returned our service agreement, and sent your payment no refunds are available.

Delivery policy
We try and answer all emails within 2-3 working days, however during busy periods or when travelling overseas we may need to extend this due to time differences and other priorities. Our aim is to provide a smooth, efficient service so please let us know if we have not met your expectations.
